“The Meath is a most exceptional place and should be used as a blue print for all care homes.” Relative

We receive a lot of requests from potential resident’s relatives regarding vacancies and asking to come and view the Meath. Unfortunately, at present we don’t have any vacancies and in addition do have a lot of applications for most of our residential living spaces with no planned movement within the next 3-4 years.

We will not therefore, be showing potential residents around the Meath in 2018. The main reason for not showing people around is that it is our residents’ home and we have to respect their choices of not always wanting strangers in their homes. The other reason is that most people that visit the Meath fall in love with the organisation almost immediately which makes the decision of finding an alternate provider difficult and for some impossible to consider.

We will be in contact with those on the applications as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available. Our team will then be available to do an assessment to determine if there are any changes in need.
