Careers

Would you like to enable adults with epilepsy and learning disabilities achieve their potential?

Our clients are a diverse range of people, some with high care needs and others requiring support to maintain their independent living skills. We welcome applications from candidates with or without care experience, but you must have enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference.

We currently have around 120 staff working at the Meath across the residential and day centre services and maintenance, domestic, admin and finance functions.

More than 80 staff work within the residential service and assist in the personal, rehabilitative and social care of all residents. They provide a 24-hour service, seven days a week.

What we offer

Training for care staff begins on the first day of work. New staff are fully supported, working as an extra member of staff on the unit for the first week to allow them time to observe the routine and get to know residents. They are taken through their induction by a senior care worker or a manager, and immediate inclusion on the rolling programme of mandatory courses and later on the NVQ programme will provide them with the skills and knowledge to carry out their work.

We offer a competitive salary, flexible working conditions, paid induction, NVQ and in-house training, generous annual leave, a pension scheme and a gym. We are only a two-minute walk from Godalming station.
