Improvements at the Meath

Last year we were able to use our own funds to transform Gregory Cottages, but are in real need of help to fundraise for the fourth phase of development.

We are currently considering 2 options to ensure we have the space and facilities we need to meet both the needs of our residents, and therequirements of National Care Standards.

The options are:

1)         A new building – a self contained wing of 12 beds (8 ground floor and 4 first floor). Estimated cost £2.9m

2)         1st floor over Bradbury – 9 beds. Estimated total costs £1.2m

The first option would be preferable as it will need to be undertaken at some point to keep our overall capacity at the current levels. But first we need to see how much money we can raise!
