We extend our condolences to the Cameron family
The Meath Epilepsy Trust wishes to send condolences to David and Samantha Cameron and to their family, following the death of their son, Ivan. Ivan had cerebral palsy and a rare form of epilepsy.
"We are very sad to learn of Ivan's death," said Colin Stokes, a Trustee at the Meath. "We are thinking of the Cameron family at this very difficult time."
Epilepsy is a common neurological condition and up to 70% of people can live a seizure-free life with the right medication. However, for some people, drugs offer only a partial solution. Some people in this situation also have other disabilities and conditions. This combination of factors can make full time care a necessity.
