Meath clients who attend a weekly swimming class at Godalming Leisure Centre have decided to challenge themselves and enter into the Sports Relief Swimathon! Two teams of Meath swimmers will work together to swim 60 lengths per team on Friday 18th March.

Swimming poses specific challenges for people with epilepsy and associated disabilities, and our wonderful staff and swimming volunteers with be with clients in the water to offer support, advice and to ensure that the safety of our clients is paramount as they work hard to achieve their personal goal and to fundraise. Sports Relief funds projects both internationally and within the UK. Major Sports Relief projects have helped thousands of people access education, improve mental health and obtain life-saving vaccines across the world, and within the UK has supported vulnerable people living with dementia.
