As part of Purple Day, an international epilepsy awareness campaign, we will be holding a special awareness stand on Godalming High Street on Saturday 26th March. Come along and join us at the top of the High Street at Godalming’s busy Farmer’s Market to celebrate Purple Day as we help people understand a little more about epilepsy.
We will be handing out 10% discount vouchers for the Café at Changing Perceptions and selling delicious purple cakes at our stand, plus some wonderful wares and original gifts created by talented Meath clients at ARTHOUSE Meath, Changing Perceptions and Meath Art and Craft groups. Look out for free purple eggs too!
Epilepsy affects one in 100 people and yet many people don’t realise how common it is or feel that they don’t know how to ask questions about it. We will have loads of information on hand about epilepsy and the services provided to our clients at The Meath so, if you want to find out more, please just ask our friendly Purple Day team.
