Thank You
Many thanks for donating your money or time, or for reading about how you can help us continue our work. The people below would like to say thanks, too…..
Simon and Jane, parents of Philippa, a Meath resident
“Thank you for supporting the Meath. Having moved there in 2007, our daughter, Philippa is given opportunities to integrate into the wider community in a safe and structured way. The Meath is large enough for her to choose her friends, but not so large as to be intimidating. She is growing in confidence and life skills and is becoming responsible for her own life choices. We have considerable peace of mind and confidence that she will be able to achieve her potential.”
Tania, a Meath care worker
“Thanks for your interest. I have worked at the Meath for nine years. I began as a support worker and I am now team leader for Jeffrey Court, home to eight young people. The Meath has helped me to develop both personally and professionally, with support and encouragement to complete courses to do my job to the best of my ability. I enjoy many aspects of my job, but most of all, I am making a positive difference to people’s lives, helping them to be happy, healthy and fulfilled.”
Simon, a Meath trustee
“I thoroughly enjoy all the voluntary work I do and none more than being a trustee of the Meath. It’s not always easy, but knowing we have the support of people like you is a great comfort to all of us, both trustees and staff alike. Thank you very much.”
