Carole Ann Gains is living proof of how our more able residents can progress to really worthwhile jobs at the Meath. Carole-Ann works on our Day Centre reception for 3 days each week. “I love it”, she says. “I’ve been here for 13 years and this job makes me feel I’m making a real contribution and giving something back for all the wonderful care I get. What’s more, I get paid too!”
