Staff training and development


The aims of the HR service at the Meath are to ensure that the organisation is fully and appropriately staffed and that all staff feel valued and supported.
The training path starts with Induction which also comprises the mandatory courses. Thereafter, Meath staff are given every opportunity to advance their careers, either through the NVQ training programme or a variety of other relevant courses which we arrange by special request. These include Appraisal & Supervision, Basic IT skills, Learning Disabilities etc.
We recognise that people are one of our most valuable resources and will continue to offer every support to our staff in order to provide the best possible service to our residents.
