We receive fee payments to cover everyone’s day to day care, which is immediately translated into staffing and household costs, but there is no statutory duty for the Government to maintain our buildings or to establish new or different types of housing. Neither is there an obligation for them to provide the many and varied enterprises, skills training, sports and leisure opportunities that exist at the Meath, enabling and empowering people to live safe, happy and fulfilled lives as independently as possible.
Alternatively, you may like to attend one of our events. Every penny to us is important and helps us to make a real and lasting difference in people’s lives.
