Visitors (not applicable to client family members or friends) must show evidence of a negative lateral flow test prior to arrival (taken within 48 hours). Evidence must be shared at Reception upon arrival. Visiting family and friends of residents may visit their loved one without evidence of testing but visits must inform the Service Manager/Senior before the visit.

We politely request that you wear a face covering when inside, except for when inside an office or a bedroom. Where practically possible please maintain social distancing.

Please note that Non Family Members are required to show evidence of full vaccination before entering a registered care service.
