The Meath has predicted in excess of £300k loss of income through cancelled events, the closure of ‘Changing Perceptions’, their High Street café and shop and other lost revenue. Furthermore, the charity had most of their vehicles stolen and written off on the first evening of UK lock down. The mindless criminal act during a time of national crisis was met with a plethora of kind offers of help from the local community which Tania Cantoni describes as “overwhelming, humbling and most gratefully received”.
