If you or someone you care for is living with complex epilepsy, then we are here to help…
The Meath’s beautiful Grade II listed manor house, together with our high-needs facility, Bradbury House, and the Meath Skills and Enterprise Centre, are all set in landscaped grounds. These are located in Westbrook Road, a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Godalming and a stone’s throw from Godalming railway station. We are in a superb location, affording easy access to local amenities, whilst also offering peace and tranquillity as required.
We enjoy strong links with Godalming and the surrounding area and welcome everyone to take advantage of our facilities. For example, our Gym is available to non-residents.
Our two award-winning social enterprises, ARTHOUSE Meath and Changing Perceptions, are very much part of Godalming life, offering training and enjoyable work-related skills to our residents and many other people using the Meath’s services daily. Both have expanded the number of volunteers and professionals that we enjoy working with each day; and we are very grateful, because we couldn’t achieve half of what we currently do without you all!
We are especially proud of the friendly, vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that greets everyone as they arrive and which seems to permeate all our buildings. It’s very special and we never, ever, take it for granted. Our ‘Outstanding’ rating by the Care Quality Commission speaks volumes, but probably better is one family member’s comment, “the Meath is a most exceptional place and should be used as a blue print for all care homes”.
